Mitten Donation Tree is Back at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library
The 2019 mitten tree is up for the holiday season and ready to accept donations at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave. Through Dec. 22, 2019 the library will accept new or clean, gently used hats, mittens, and scarves for children and adults. The library will donate the items to La Casa, the Gospel Rescue Mission, and the Community of Hope after collection period ends.

To donate, simply bring hats, scarves, gloves, or mittens and either give them to library staff or hang them on the tree, which is at the front of the building, near the Circulation Desk. New or clean, gently used jackets, coats, sweaters, and blankets are also gladly accepted.
Save gas and avoid traffic. RoadRUNNER Transit can get residents to the library. Branigan Library is on Route 1, Stop 2.
Thomas Branigan Memorial Library hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday.
