Move Over McDonald’s
Breakfast all day long? I’m lovin’ it. But if you’re looking for a little more substantial breakfast in Las Cruces than an Egg McMuffin or you’re just craving a little “brinner” at 6:00 pm, there’s plenty of other game in town. Almost every Mexican joint in town serves Huevos Rancheros at any time, but these restaurants also offer all your other breakfast favorites every hour they are open.
What to eat: Any of your favorite egg dishes, but with some Mexican flair—think eggs with chorizo or shredded beef and jalapenos instead of the traditional bacon. Or add green chile to your omelet and smother it in green sauce and cheese.
